Refund Policy

The highly personalized nature of our custom-made bobblehead product, each product takes a lot of time to be made with high likeness by skilled craftsmen.
And our interactive proofing process gives you the ability to adjust, and with proofing you will be able to make unlimited changes until everything is right. Though we do not guarantee 100% similarity, but a minimum 80% similarity is assured between the photo and the figurines.

Your refund must be based on the following conditions:

You can cancel your order and get a full refund before we start customizing your order.

Once we start customizing your order, you can only get 60% of total payment refund if you want to cancel the order - due to tailor merchandise can not be sold again, we need deduct 40% of the cost (materials and labor).
